I'm Aviraj — I started PublishMyReviews after watching too many small business owners spend a full evening every week stitching together screenshots, Canva exports, and WhatsApp shares trying to turn customer reviews into something Instagram-worthy. The whole thing felt backwards: the customer was right there, on the counter, two minutes after a haircut or a treatment or a meal — and yet by the time the owner got around to asking, the moment had passed.
PublishMyReviews takes that counter moment seriously. A QR card, a 30-second feedback flow, a Google handoff the customer initiates themselves, and a one-click path from approved testimonial to Instagram post or WhatsApp-ready story. The dashboard exists, but it's where the owner approves what becomes proof — not where the actual work happens.
The product is built specifically for Indian local businesses — salons, spas, dental clinics, gyms, cafes, boutiques. INR pricing, Razorpay billing, IST support hours, and a hard rule that we don't ship review gating or any of the other tricks that have made the wider review-software category feel slightly dishonest.
