Free trial
Free 14-day trial: every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required. Use the trial to evaluate the product before paying. There is nothing to refund during the trial because nothing is charged.
Subscriptions & cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions: cancel any time from Settings → Billing. The current billing period is non-refundable once paid; access continues until the end of the paid period and you are not billed again. We do not pro-rate cancellations for unused time.
Refunds for billing errors
Refunds for billing errors: if you notice a charge that was issued in error — for example, charged after cancellation, charged the wrong plan, or charged twice — email billing@publishmyreviews.com within 30 days of the charge with the invoice ID. Confirmed errors are refunded in full to the original payment method within 5 working days.
Add-on top-ups
Add-on top-ups (AI polishes, Instagram publishes) are non-refundable because the units activate immediately on purchase. Unused units expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
Inclusive pricing & receipts
All listed prices are inclusive — no additional taxes are added at checkout. We issue a payment receipt to the billing email on file for every successful payment.
Failed payments
We retry failed payments on the standard provider schedule. After 7 days of unrecovered payment, your account is paused (read-only mode). You can pay the outstanding invoice from Settings → Billing to restore full access immediately.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds take 5–10 business days to reach the original payment method. UPI refunds typically arrive faster. We'll email you the refund reference once the payment provider confirms it.
Disputes & questions
Email billing@publishmyreviews.com with your invoice number. Include any context that helps — we acknowledge requests within 2 business days and aim to resolve them within 3.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Changes apply prospectively from the "Last updated" date. Existing paid subscriptions are governed by the policy in effect at their purchase date.
