Instagram publish and AI reply quotas reset on each billing anniversary (your monthly billing date — not the 1st of the calendar month), and add-on credits are scoped to the current billing period. All prices are inclusive — no additional taxes added at checkout. Annual plans include approximately 2 months free. Pro annual renewals require explicit re-authorization per RBI auto-debit rules. Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account starts on a free 14-day trial — no credit card required. You get the full experience: connect your Google Business Profile, sync your reviews, reply with AI, turn reviews into Instagram and WhatsApp posts, and see your AI insights. After 14 days you pick a plan to keep going.

What's the difference between the plans?

Starter is for replying to your reviews and turning the best into posts. Growth adds the two things growing businesses want most — full AI Insights (what customers love and want fixed) and custom brand templates in your own colours, fonts, and logo. Pro is for putting it on autopilot and managing multiple outlets — automation and multi-location are rolling out soon.

Do you cap reviews?

No. Syncing your Google reviews is always unlimited. Plans include generous monthly allowances for Instagram publishing and AI replies — most businesses never reach them — and you can top up or upgrade if you ever do.

Will it reply and post automatically?

Today, AI drafts every reply and post and you approve them — nothing goes out in your name without you. Full one-click automation (rules like 'auto-post my 5-star reviews' and 'auto-reply') is rolling out on the Pro plan soon.

What if I run out of AI replies mid-month?

Buy a +50 AI reply top-up for ₹149. The credits stack on top of your plan's allowance for the current billing period. You can also upgrade plans at any time.

Do you charge per business location?

Each plan covers one business location. Multi-location is coming to the Pro plan — you'll be able to manage several outlets from one account, with each additional location priced separately. If you run a chain today, contact us via the demo form.

How does cancellation and refund work?

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing — your access continues to the end of the paid period and you are not charged again. Plans are non-refundable once paid, except when a charge was issued in error (for example, charged after cancellation or charged the wrong plan). Add-on top-ups activate immediately and are non-refundable. The 14-day free trial covers evaluation, so use it before paying. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Does this publish Google reviews automatically?

No. Customers post their reviews on Google themselves. PublishMyReviews syncs your Google reviews, helps you reply to them, and turns your best ones into social proof.

Can I post reviews to WhatsApp Status?

PublishMyReviews creates WhatsApp-ready story assets that your team can share manually. Full WhatsApp Status automation is not promised in V1.
