We're a different shape of product than Trustmary. Trustmary is widget-first — collect testimonials and embed them on your site for conversion. PublishMyReviews is QR-first — the workflow starts on the counter or reception desk, captures consent, continues the customer to Google, and turns approved testimonials into Instagram posts and WhatsApp-ready stories. If you mostly need on-site widgets, Trustmary is the better fit. If you mostly need counter-to-Instagram, PublishMyReviews is.

Do you have video testimonial collection like Trustmary?

Not in V1. Our customer page collects rating, written feedback, optional photo, and consent — text-first. Video adds significant moderation overhead and isn't a fit for the 30-second-on-the-counter use case we're optimised for. If video is critical, Trustmary is the right tool.

Can I embed PublishMyReviews testimonials on my website?
